There are a lot of foods I include in my everyday diet that I show a sensitivity to. Definitely need to do a little bit of elimination to see if these foods impact how I feel on a daily basis. The report has a lot of foods that were not included on a test I did prior, so I appreciate the thoroughness. However, there are some items listed with complicated names that I really don’t know where to start to consider if they are in my diet. It would be nice if 5strands included a list of food items these are commonly found in.
I’ve been struggling with rheumatoid arthritis and not able to get a handle on reducing the inflammation. This test was so thorough that I was able to remove foods from my diet, That I had no clue they were bothering me. Greatly reduced my inflammation highly recommend this product.
It was a bit overwhelming to see all the things we were intolerant of, especially foods we eat daily. However, we have made some adjustments and will eventually try re-introducing foods one at time. This tool has been a very helpful starting point on our health journey.
